Institutional Projects

Integrated Facade Solutions has successfully delivered over 12+ prestigious institutional projects across India, specializing in educational institutions, cultural centers, research facilities, and government buildings. Our institutional portfolio demands facades that combine academic dignity, architectural excellence, durability, and long-term performance while maintaining aesthetic integrity.

Our landmark institutional project is India Habitat Center in New Delhi, completed during 1992-1993, which stands as one of the biggest doors and windows projects executed in India at that time. This iconic institutional building set new standards for facade systems in the country. We also delivered Amity University in Kolkata, featuring Semi-unitized System, Curtain Wall System, and GRC Cladding, creating a modern educational environment with durable and aesthetically pleasing facades.

Other notable institutional achievements include Namgyal Institute in Qutub Institutional Area, New Delhi, where we delivered high-quality facade solutions for this prestigious cultural and educational institution. We also executed Chinmaya Mission in New Delhi and British Council Division in Delhi, both requiring facades that reflect institutional values while ensuring functionality. Additionally, we completed World Bank Resident Mission in India, Delhi, and Moser Baer Jewel Box Plant & Corporate Office, demonstrating our capability to handle diverse institutional requirements.

Our technical capabilities for institutional projects include Semi-unitized & Stick Curtain Wall Systems, Conventional Curtain Walls, Unitized Glazing, GRC Cladding, ACP Cladding, Doors & Windows Systems, Glass Canopies, Spider Glazing Systems, and Skylights. With 36+ years of leadership by Rakesh Kumar, we understand that institutional buildings require facades that stand the test of time, reflect institutional pride, provide optimal learning and working environments, and balance architectural vision with practical performance requirements.
